Jordan Swaggerty, LMT

With an educational background in Exercise Science and Emergency Medicine, I have pursued my passion for human physiology and function since 2014. I offer therapeutic massage with a focus on holding a safe space for my clients to reach deep relaxation, as healing occurs in a body at rest. I enjoy helping clients relieve stress, recover from injuries, and correct postural dysfunction in order to participate fully in their activities of daily living and hobbies.

I compassionately apply massage as a tool for reflecting the body back to itself and reprogramming the nervous system for optimal functioning. In this process, I enjoy helping clients to increase their body awareness and educating them about how their bodies work. I spend time addressing specific areas of need with intention and targeted techniques so that you can leave your sessions feeling a functional difference in your tissues.

Outside of massage, I like to spend time with my family and my partner. I like to take time to get outdoors for walks, hikes and play; and I delight in creating with arts and craft projects.

I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Central Oregon Community College and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since March of 2019. Jordan E Swaggerty Bodywork Services was established in March of 2021. LMT license # 24992.
